Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies when you upload or process content with Enhance My Photo. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

You may use the Service to enhance photos you have the right to use, including lawful restoration of portraits, family photos, and other identity-preserving photo enhancement. You remain responsible for your uploads and results.

Prohibited content and uses

You may not use the Service to upload, process, create, or distribute:

• sexual, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content;
• any sexual content involving a minor, or content that exploits, sexualizes, or endangers a minor;
• non-consensual intimate imagery or sexualized content created or shared without every depicted person's consent;
• illegal, infringing, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, or harmful content, or content you do not have the right to use;
• fraud, impersonation, deceptive identity documents, or misleading content intended to deceive or harm another person; or
• face-swap or deepfake content, including attempts to place a real person's identity or likeness into another image or to misrepresent what a person did.

You also may not evade safeguards, access controls, rate limits, credit charges, or enforcement measures; attack or probe the Service without authorization; or help another person perform a prohibited act.

Enforcement

We may use automated safety screening, refuse processing, restrict access, or remove content when we reasonably believe this policy, our Terms, or applicable law has been violated. Automated screening can make mistakes and does not replace your responsibility to follow this policy. We do not promise to review every upload.
